This was wonderful and quick to make. I had some left over sauteed chicken that went nicely with it. A couple of changes based on what I had on hand: I used raisins i/o currants, pine nuts are outrageously expensive right now so I went with toasted walnuts, I had curly kale left over from soup the other day so I chopped up some and tossed it in with the pasta and I had some feta cheese in the fridge so I topped each plate off with a little.
