Delilah's Mac and Cheese

I've been reading and pinching recipes for a while now, and decided to make this dish.

I made this mac and cheese yesterday(quite expensive)and it got dried out in the warmer drawer yesterday. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to re-constitute my mess??

Welcome Mo! I would think that adding additional (m)

heavy cream or half and half would work.

I would bring the mac and cheese to room temp before I added.

P.S. If it is really, really crunchy from your warmer, I would add the milk/heavy cream/etc....and then I would top it off with crushed potato chips...No on would be the wiser!!
And you would be a hero for having tortilla chips/potato chips with dinner!!
