Used tilapia because the tuna in the case was nasty looking. And they didn't have any more, but the tilapia fillets were beautiful.
The meat was very mild and cooked in a heartbeat.
Plated mounds of fresh salad greens, added pieces of hot fish, avocados and organic tomatoes on top, then drizzled on a bit more of the dressing.
Definitely a keeper for us.
(Lar is a bit of a acidic and spice whuss, so I cut back on the lime and the jalapeno.)
