Hubby and I are celebrating 20 years this year and we are giving ourselves a party in early August (about 80 people). Our fave Mexican restaurant is catering although I am doing the entire dessert buffet myself except for Tres Leche cake from the restaurant.
I have a LOT of freezer space so everything is being made ahead with the cakes being frosted/decorated the day before.

White Cake with Raspberry Filling, White Buttercream (it will be decorated pink ombre)

Chocolate Bomb Cookies (Brownie Cookies)
Glazed Sugar Cookies (in pink/lime green)
Lemon Creme Dark Chocolate Truffle

Mini Cupcakes (pink foil liners with lime green sanding sugar)
I plan on having little bags for people to take home some things. Also giving out chocolate covered oreos decorated in lime green and hot pink sanding sugar (from one of my suppliers).
