Dessert for dinner? Pinhead (steel-cut) oats made with chocolate almond milk.

The imported oats package said 3.5 cups liquid to 1 cup oats (my usual ratio is 4:1), so I used the entire 4 Cups in the almond container and bumped up the oats a bit, sautéing them first in butter to toast. I also warmed up the almond milk in the microwave because 2 hours on HIGH in my little crock pot works perfectly for me and that starts with toasted oats and warm liquid. I may have added a bit of sweetener at the end...can't remember.

I divvy it up into 4 containers and zap each one when ready to eat. While still hot, I plop a big dollop of Greek Gods Honey Yogurt on top and swirl it in.

Yum. Like a warm chocolate sundae.
