I have been invited by several users at epicurios to participate in a better recipe forum. I tried it out on Saturday, 012707, and I have to admit I definately appreciate this forum. I see so much comraderie and light heartedness that I believe I will fit in. I am looking forward to swapping recipes and tips and creating users recipes and their tips. My self: I created a family cookbook, my parents were excellent cooks and I learned from watching them and have been passionately cooking and creating meals since I was 8 (I just assisted then)I enjoy gatherings (especially family) and creating special themed based meals. I love cooking breads & soups, and hard to do recipes. I have created my own special recipes after a lot of trials and tribulations (my poor son was my guinea pig but at 25 he doesn't mind too much any more hahaha)Thank you for allowing me to introduce my self. Italian foods are my favorite food to make.
