Did anyone buy or do you already have that nice black anodized aluminum roasting pan

and rack from Costco? I got it for 29.99 after Christmas. I see Amazon has it for over twice that amount. It is light and has a pouring spout on one corner. I saw it in use over Christmas and it really looked beautiful with a huge prime rib cradled in it. Using it today. My fil has one from costco that looks just like the one in the picture. I'm not sure...

...if his has the pouring corner or not. I'd have to look.

He's had his for a few years now and it is a good pan. Thick enough to keep from scorching and very sturdy handles.

We've done turkeys, ribs, rib roasts, etc., and it works well.

I think you've got a winner.
