I haven't tried this recipe.

I have made orange curd. I really like it. Have copied this one to try. (That may be a while.) This can be made even after the oranges are all off the tree.

I make curd, but this recipe was so incredibly fast, smooth, and I didn't have the leftover whites.

fact I am going to make more of the Tangy Orange Curd for Thanksgiving, sort of like a dip for fresh cut veggies as an appetizer
