Did somebody say peach pie?

My husband who claims not to like peach pie, snarfed mine down before I could take a picture. Very different pie, though. It's an old BH&G recipe for Crumbly Peach Pie, essentially butter, sugar, flour crumble layer, then peach halves, and more of the same crumble. An old favorite of mine.

One way I cheat less-than-stellar fruit pies (which I very seldom make) is to stir in preserves/jam and adjust the sugar. Colleen

Will you please post your pie crust recipe?

I usually use bon appetite butter/Crisco and it's flaky and tastes very good, but never has the top of mine looked picture perfect. It inspires me to
want to bake even in this 90 - 100 degree weather this week.
