Different great Jello shots.....tried and true

We are going away this weekend to compete in a state bowling tournament...have made jello shots for the girls...turned out awesome. Thought I would share.

Margarita jello shots

1 pint tequilla

2/3 cup triple sec

2 cups water (boiling)

6 oz lime jello

Dissolve jello in water. Add remaining and chill

Put in 1 oz containers and lids from Gortons.

(Used baster to put mixture in each container.)

Sunrise Jello Shots

1 cup triple sec

2/3 cup tequilla

3 T grenadine

6 oz orange jello

2 cups water (boiling)

Blackbery Brandy Shots

1 pint Blackberry Brandy

6 oz Blackberry Fusion Jello

2 cups water (boiling)

Hurrican Shots

1 pint raspberry rum

6 oz tropical fusion jello

2 cups water (boiling)

Fuzzy navel shots

1 pint peach Schnapps

6 oz orange jello

2 cups water (boiling)

The margarita was from a recipe I tried last year..the others are new ideas that I tried this year.

We may not come in first or bowl the best....but we will have a great time.

Hi, Dawn...actually we did really well/won some money at the tournament.

I hope you enjoy the jello shots. I'm not sure about the mushrooms; perhaps a different Rose?

We really liked all the flavors,

but I think the margarita one may have disappeared first. I was the biggest non-bowler that I know, and I found that I enjoyed a league mostly to talk to people and go out to eat afterwards. A lot of good friendships developed without us realizing that was happening instead of bowling!! Hope you enjoy the shots and the league.
