it was from cooking light (an old issue) & I can look up exact amounts if someone needs it, but it is a good mix of tastes.
REC: Shredded/sliced cooked chicken breast, slices of avocado, 1 24 oz jar of red grapefruit sections (I just used a fresh one)
Dressing: 1/2 c. reserved grapefruit juice; 2 tblsp. plain yogurt, 1 tsp honey, 2 tblsp. chopped cilantro, 1/8 tsp salt- whisk well & toss with greens a little at a time to desired dressed-ness (recipe called for spinach, I used spring mix). Top dressed greens with chicken, fruit & avocado, I drizzled a little more dressing over the tasty parts.
