I'm always lurking here and have asked a few questions, so I thought it was time to contribute. I'm on a mission for the perfect sorbet (in honor of my recently deceased mother . . . long story!) and this one was unbelievably decadent and delightful, if you really treasure a rich dark chocolatey sorbet. I wish I were such an accomplished chocolate taster, but it was something I picked up a few weeks ago and had in the freezer. It was marketed as a very special dark varietal, and I couldn't resist buying it. I didn't know at the time what I'd do with it!
