Do any of you use King Arthur's Organic Bread Flour, and if so, does it have a "cinnamon-y" taste?

When they came out with organic bread flour I made the switch, and I notice a vague cinnamon scent/flavor. Not unpleasant, just odd. It was the same time as I built my backyard clay oven and I thought it might be off-gassing, but I get the same taste in bread in my kitchen oven.

be a bit nuts, but I honestly taste it everytime DH makes them. He doesn't taste it. I can't eat them anymore---it's just not pleasant for me.

 
Ang, I have noticed the same in some of Trader Joe's pastas.

though "Whole Wheat Pasta" does not compute for me.
