Do I buy this chocolate tempering machine on amazing sale?

Dove is offering a small ( 1 1/2 lb) tempering machine on an amazing sale - $99 if you buy $54 of chocolate. I want to buy this so badly, but I'm so extremely broke I shouldn't. So I thought I'd share my agony. The sale is until Thursday (tomorrow), and I'm posting the link so that all the chocoholics here can yearn with me. Lindsey says "I have NEVER seen this sale with my company and I don't foresee that we are going to have this sale again", and I'm sure she's right as I google the prices every now and then. Yup! Just decided I have to have it.

But this is the month that I get paid 3 times, so provided nothing really nasty happens it should be ok.

 
Ihope you have better luck than I did.

I bought one that looks very much like this. The brand was Revolation. It would stall just when the temper was almost reached. There seemed to be a electrical problem. I sent one back and got a replacement. That was just as bad.

I was so disappointed. I think I paid about $250 for it, and it was a waste of money. I now use a method I found online that works great using a microwave.
