Do they really read recipes sent in by fans at Food TV when ...

They say send in a recpie on this topic? I mean do they have producers that read those, and choose ones? Or does the chef pick them their selves. I sent in a salad recipe to Paula Deen.

Paula's own site separate from Food TV's site is even more ...

friendly for giving her recipes. I decided not to redundate myself, and see how the Food TV people handled their public relations. I think it's legit. Now, my recipe may not be good enough, but I think that they do consider people with good recipes. So far....

 
They found a diplomatic way of letting people who send them emails...

...know that it is impractical for them to continue the conversation one-on-one. Can you imagine the number of workers they'd have to have in order to carry on a friendly conversation with everyone that emailed them?
