Do we need another reason to carefully read labels on processed food...even chocolate?

Yeah we do! I just read that article yesterday and. . . .

It just irritated me all the more.

I used to think that the complaint that things don't taste the same (mainly from older people) was just a factor of decreasing taste buds as one grows older. I guess that maybe they are right, or at least partially right.

Now along with smaller amounts/sizes of stuff/things/food costing the same or more we have to deal with the fact that not only are we paying more for less, we are paying MORE for LESS of the REAL product adulterated with cooking oil, soy protein and other fillers.

All the more reason to cook at home and cook from scratch.
