Do you think hummus would freeze o.k? I freeze refried beans (m)

and I don't see that there would be a big difference. My recipe made over a quart and as much as I like it I don't think it is going to get finished off.

I've frozen it and it looses some of its silky texture, but it's still OK.

Tahini does freeze perfectly, though, if that helps anyone!
