Do you think this dessert can be made one day ahead?

I was going to say yes, but noticed the crust is not baked. I think it might get soggy.

I wonder if you could bake the crust to set it for a few minutes like you do a cookie crust for chocolate cream or mousse pie?

I think otherwise it would be good the next day.

 
i think it'll be fine - all my peanut butter pie recipes call for making it hours or up to a couple

days ahead. I think because the fat content is so high in the filling, compared to liquid, it holds up.

 
I think the pie will be fine, but the whipped cream may get limp. Can you do that

closer to serving--as they say maybe early in the day the day of serving. The filling and crust will be fine, IMO.
