Does anyone follow Chris Schuler at Cafe Sucre?

She recently had a post about new raised beds her husband built. Now she is featuring a veggie gratin with produce from her heavily producing garden. The raised beds are a work of art and I am amazed at how fast her harvest came.http://thecafesucrefarine.com/

Wow--that Summer Veggie Gratin is so colorful--a work of art! I admire anyone who painstakingly

places vegetable or fruit slices to head in the same direction. Unless it's for a catering order, I'm more of a "dump it all in and get it in the oven" kinda cook. Ha!

Thanks for the link to this new-to-me site, Karen!

I love her and Scott's website. He works right along with her

They have family in London and go there often to visit. Very family oriented site. Beautiful grandchildren which she is teaching to cook and bake. Scott takes the photos. She partners with Kitchenaid. They recently gifted them a stainless steel grill which they are loving.

Her food is light and clean. Her salad dressings are amazing and have other uses such as marinades or a sauce for meat and veggies.

When they travel, they put pictures up on the website of their housing, the surrounding area and of their events. You can go back into the archives and see a lot of pictures. of past trips.

I just saw her Peach Raspberry Jam...I have to make that while the peaches and raspberries

are still at the Farmer's Market.
