Does anyone have a mole poblano sauce they like alot...for chicken, enchiladas or turkey?

Pat - I had two of the most incredible pre-Columbian moles this past week

they weren't mole poblano but I know one of them has poblanos. I found recipes and after going to the store tomorrow, will be making them. I'll let you know how they turn out.

The Poblano part refers to the fact that it originates in Puebla, one of the Mexican states, bot that it has poblano chiles in it -
