Does anyone have a recipe for beef or chicken taquitos? TIA

I don't have a structured recipe, but the way I make them is like this:
Cook and shred your chicken or beef - it can be done buy crock pot or slow oven roasted and seasoned to your preferance.
Soften corn tortillas in hot oil. Fill each tortilla with the shredded meat (and cheese if desired) and roll and place on cookie sheet. Bake in the oven till lightly browned and edges are crisp. You can also deep fry them, but I find this method easier and with less mess.
Serve with guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
