the stovetop kind? I've never used either type before but have always been intrigued. On this site, there is a Cuisinart that looks nice, and I try to buy here when possible. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have a regular one, Mo, but am always wondering if I have the heat correct...

would an electric pressure cooker solve this problem?

Just a thought.
