Does anyone have any experience with a soda stream system? Would value thoughts / opinions.

saves on buying/ dealing with plastic bottles, you can control the amount of carbonation, I make my own ginger syrup, and others to my taste...

 
I LOVE mine. Drink lots more water now. If you're thinking getting/giving as a gift,

I am confused on the chargers. Do you purchase them filled at a store? or do you have them mailed?

I was reading reviews and was a lil confused. Do you bring them somewhere to have them filled?

 
barb--you bring your empties to a store that carries refills and swap them. I go to bed bath& beyond

we've had ours a few years & love it - just recently started doing italian sodas with high quality

syrups and a splash of 1/2 and 1/2 smileys/smile.gif

 
Yes, TOTALLY LOVE. Buy it. You won't be sorry...

I use mine constantly. Sits out on the counter and is used so much I would never dream of putting it away. I also got it in the markdowns at Meijer for $25! Score!!!
