Does anyone have any experience with these induction units?

I've craved a way to use induction ever since I saw Ming Tsai use an induction wok.

Most of the ones I have seen are in the 110's of $, until this!

here is the one I have

As you can see, it was very inexpensive from Walmart. It is fairly noisy and not good at keeping steady low temps. It performs pretty well at higher temps.
