date on the Montchevre goat cheese I buy. When I open a package I don't use it all, then don't use anymore for 2-3 weeks and wonder if I'm safe.
I'm sure it wouldn't taste good, but I'd hate to plan for a recipe and then find my goat cheese bad.
any tips from your experience?
