Does anyone have experience with this flour?

Crazy, all the items I ordered were small, and some are shipping in another shipment

how could someone toss 20 lbs of flour into a box by mistake? Goes to show they are not checking once items are in box.
Now, what to do with all the flour!

Well, since the protein is 5 grams, it should work for bread. . .

And if you want to use it as all-purpose flour, don't over-beat. I've used bread flour in all purpose flour recipes and it works fine.

Make bread, lots of bread. You will be surprised at how much flour you can go through with bread.

Thanks, I used to make bread years ago in a bread maker. I had to have so much stuff on hand

for bread making and it took up too much room. Now, we have a master bread maker at our Farmers Market and a few local small stores, he is the best. Kalamata Olive bread, Whole Garlic Clove bread, Sourdough, Rye, Whole Wheat, and more. His loaves are very golden, huge, and the inside is heaven. His name is Nathan and he lives in Palo Cedro. Loaves sell for 9 bucks and are well worth it. I cut ours into 4 large chunks, and freeze. He makes the bread and his wife make small pies just the right size for one or two and they sell out every Saturday. I keep my freezer well stocked with his bread.

So true, mistral, I've gone through 50 lbs of all purpose flour making

bread and other baked goods during quarantine the past 10-12 weeks. It goes quickly.

It also stores well in the fridge or freezer, to keep it free from flying meal moths and other bugs.
