Does anyone have one of these non-stick pans? My 12-in Calphalon doesn't sit flat any

Are you talking about the 2-handled 12 inch flat nonstick with the sloped sides?

I think it was called the "everyday" pan.I really miss it. I bought a "green" pan from WS, cast iron non stick coated, and returned it. Waaaayy too heavy and the sides weren't high enough for a 6 egg omelet. I have the all-clad flat round non stick griddle, which almost, but not quite fills the bill.

If you are looking for a stir-fry nonstick pan, I have been using the Joyce Chen 14 inch wok and adore it. It takes high heat and seems to be indestructible, It is also pretty cheap, so it follows the non-stick premise of replacability! I like the wooden handle and the opposite handle as well. My replacement pan came with the lid and some bamboo implements and was priced under $40.

No, it's the skillet at the link. It comes in 8,10, or 12-in. But now I'm confused because

Chef's Catalog says it's exclusively theirs and I see the same thing with a slightly different name on Amazon.

I have a couple of Calphalon woks that are fairly non-stick, but I was thinking they wouldn't work

with an electric smooth top, meaning get hot enough along the sides.. Do you have electric?

Can the Tramontina pans go into the oven, say to finish off a steak

or an omelet. I'm wondering about the handles in particular.
