Does anyone have suggestioms on finding an old post at Gail's Swap?

After surgery last year, I spent my enforced leisure going through Gails and copying interesting rec

recipes. I have 333 pages of recipes on my Google Drive, but not this one. The last one I copied was from you, Marilyn, for a New Orleans Bread Pudding. I have every intention of carrying on with this when I have time, so perhaps I'll find your story.

Hope you have fully recovered. That bread pudding uses canned fruit

cocktail, which according to the book authors, is a local touch for NOLA. Also, day-old stale french bread (dry and slightly hard).

Hey Marilyn! I've tried search several times without success smileys/frown.gif

I ended up going through each "hundred" threads looking for your posts. Can you think of about when you might have posted this to focus dates? Colleen

Thanks for trying, colleen. No idea. It had to be after 2001, because my MIL

was living with us and we drove up to MKR State Park in FL. I was reading the actual typed text from The Yearling while doing conservation library work at UF and wanted to see her home and orchard. She had a Seville tree there and the ranger handed me a bag and told me to pick as many oranges as I wanted to make marmalade.
