Does anyone have the book "Luscious Berry Desserts"(Lori Longbotham) and if so, do you recommend it?

Meryl, I highly recommend the book. Own it and Love it. ,,,>

I have a total of 4 of her books. Have you seen her "Chocolate Book?"

I am a big fan of her books and recipes.

Her website is http://www.lorilongbotham.com I will link for you.

If you do a search on the web you can find several recipes from the Berry Book to give you some idea of the quality of the recipes. Also, many blogs have her recipes featured.

Meryl, I have this book too. The only thing I have had a chance to make is the

Lime and Thyme Blueberry Pound Cake and it was delicious. I am dying to try more but my kitchen is still out of commission.

I also have her Luscious Lemon Desserts book because I LOVE lemon desserts. They only recipe I have made from it is the Perfect Lemon Tart. I found it a bit unusual because it had heavy cream in it. It too was delicious.

--OOOOOhhhh I need a baking fix bad!

Thanks, you two. I'm going to buy this book, along with The Perfect Scoop by

David Lebovitz. After that, I'll work my way to the Luscious Lemon Desserts and Luscious Chocolate Desserts or maybe I should just buy them all at once!

Do you think that this luscious looking cake could be baked

in mini-muffin pans?
I'm thinking that if I had a bunch of these to put out on plates at my next craft show, that folks would linger just a little longer...and maybe spend a bit of money on my pottery.
What does anyone think?
