Does anyone have the Bread Machine cookbook? I

don't know the author, but my copy was a paperback. I am looking for the onion bagel recipe from it. It used dehydrated onions in it. They were delicious and I want to make them again. Thanks!

Dawn, I have my Welbilt paperback book and a hard-cover bread book. Will check tonight.

Did you have a bread machine? If so, what was the name? Because you can find scanned versions of many product manuals.

I guess it wasn't a bread machine cookbook recipe.

I add poppy seeds to these.

For completeness, I checked my Bread Machine Book and my Welbilt recipe book. Neither

has an onion bagel, although both have a basic recipe for bagels.
