I saw that and "The Produce Bible" at Costco & have been contemplating
but there are a couple of better ones at B&N - namely 'Herbs & Spices; The Cook's Reference" by Jill Norman. I kind of watch those 'off brand' cookbooks they get. On "The Produce Bible", Deborah Madison wrote the forward and if you take to quick of a look at the back tab, they almost made it look like she had something to do with writing the book.
