Does anyone have/use this milk frothing pitcher? I like lots of foam on my cappuccino and it seems

to make sense that a nub at the bottom will toss the milk around more in a pitcher.

Since my morning coffee is the highlight of my sad little day, I want to improve it.

When I was a youth and worked in Europe, I grew to love cafe au lait every morning but it later fought for first place with cappuccino. Now I can make my own version of frothy cafe au lait with the strength of a cap.

Marg, I found that--contrary to what I assumed--cold skim milk makes bigger foam. So

give that a try with the foamer you already have. I thought the more fat, the better foam, like heavy cream whips up. It's whether you want creaminess or foaminess that matters in what fat level your choose.

PS: One of my favorite-est-est memories was waking up in Sirmioni, walking with Larry to the local bakery, buying slabs of warm raisin bread and then walking to a local hotel villa that served espresso out on their patio overlooking Lake Garda. We were so early they would still be putting out the cushions. We were simply two tourists content to serenely sip cappuccinos in a little corner of heaven.

PS: I use the X-Chef stainless steamer (16 oz)

I refer to Amazon reviews all the time because they verify purchases made by consumers.

I have found them to be spot on, especially after I buy the product. The reviews I have a hard time with are with medical and restaurants. I put little trust in most of them.

Thanks M. Discovered this is made in Can. so got a deal on it. I am always fascinated with

processes, so am interested to see it is an improvement.

I can't seem to get a big enough mug even for just me. I do look forward to my morning jolt.
