Does anyone know how to use won ton wrappers to make manicotti?

Cook them halfway in boiling water, rinse with cold water and fill, Marianne

You will need to seal them and if they are not "sticky" enough, use some beaten egg yolk to seal with. The wrappers will finish cooking when you pop the manicotti in the oven.

Ang, My Italian friend (who has a restaurant), uses the >>>

won ton wrappers to make ravioli, when he's doing it at home!!!!!!! It is delicious.

I've used the won ton wrappers to make ravioli...

simply thaw the wrappers if frozen, and mound your filling on the wrapper. Press out all the air, and seal the edges with water. You can make big raviolis by using one wrapper for the bottom and topping it with another whole wrapper, or make smaller ones by folding the wrapper into a triangle after you fill it. Cook them, a few at a time so they don't stick together, in very gently boiling salted water until they puff up and rise to the surface, maybe 2-3 minutes. They are delicious!
