Does anyone know if Loupy is still around? I got a wonderful recipe

I have trouble visualizing this recipe. Does the cheese, assuming velvita melt up so that it is

like a beeferoni w/ spagehetti noodles vs. elbow or penne? (W/ cooked bacon?)

Sounds like pure comfort food, just can't wrap my brain around the cheese.

 
It is not Velveeta cheese...it is Amercian Cheese. I had a hard time finding it, but once I did, it

worked out great in the recipe. Yes, it melts. It is like the Kraft Singles...but I found it in a loaf.
