the original recipe from Brother Junipers Baker? I used to buy his Onion Rolls at Raley's. They were the best hamburger roll I have every eaten, low in calories, and delicious. Recipe is also in Peter Reinhart’s Artisan Breads Every Day. I would love to find a place in CA that made this bread.....I really miss it.
