How about Schwan's?
They deliver all kinds of flash frozen meals (and other foods) in Montrose (and across the country). We haven't used Schwan's but have an elderly aunt who relies on Schwan's to come to her house and stock her freezer. Our aunt orders from their individual meals category and food she can easily portion and reheat.
