Does anyone know of a recipe from Gourmet Magazine that uses a whole pumpkin

stuffed with bread, cheese, etc. and when you pull it out, you make sure to scrap some pumpkin out with it? Ruth Reich(?) was on the Public Radio talk show speaking about her new book and she said this recipe was one of her faves.
