Does anyone know what happened to Dijonnaise? It was my favorite mustard

and was made by Hellman's. It was a very mild dijon mustard and it was very good. I haven't bought any in about a year and now it is no longer in any stores around here.

Any clue on where I might be able to find it these days? Thanks

I didn't think so, but after reading the description at their website, I

see that it is/was. You wouldn't think so by the list of ingredients... I remember reading it once and thinking that it didn't.

Does Hellman's make any dijon mustard now? I liked the dijonnaise because it was so mild.

Interesting. In his new cookbook David Tanis says French mustard is more pungent than what's

exported, so he advises either stocking up when you're in France or stirring a little dry mustard into Dijon to punch it up. But maybe that's the way it is because the American preference is indeed for a milder mustard.

It is still here. Probably disappeared because it is just a combo & easy to do as needed. I never

did buy it but the 2 are almost always a couple of sandwich components in this house.

I'm a Maille man myself, but I swear Trader Joe's Dijon is identical, and about half the price.

Yippee, I found it at Walmart. Thanks for the hints - bottle looks different, but I'm

sure Hellman's was the manufacturer of the one I used to get. If anyone knows of any other company that used to make it, about 3-4 yrs ago, could you please post it here? It's got me wondering now.
