Does anyone remember seeing a recipe for pita chips on a blog recently?

I wanted to make some and I know I can wing it, but I wanted to see the recipe for the amounts, temps, and times. Thanks!

Thanks for trying Curious, but none of those are the ones.

What I liked about the recipe was that the chips were in strips rather than triangles. I had read the recipe and they said to brush the pitas with olive oil and then sprinkle with some herbs and seasonings. So I just used my pizza cutter to cut the pital in strips after I had brushed them with oil, Greek Seasoning and Italian Seasoning and baked them at 350 for about 10 minutes or so. Then I turned off the oven and let them continue to crisp up. They turned out really good and were so easy to make. I will definitely be making these again to go with dips. Thanks though!

Thanks barb, I think what happened is I was reading one of the blogs

I subscribe to, and jumped to someone elses blog from a link they posted. Which is why when I looked through my subscriptions, I cannot find it. Mine turned out great, but it just annoys me not to be able to find it. I served them with clam dip and it was a good combination. And had the leftovers today with soup. Thanks!
