Does anyone use extra large eggs for baking? I've always used large, but the last time

I went shopping, I bought the extra large. According to the egg equivalency charts, you can substitute the extra large for the large, one to one, up until 4 eggs, then it changes. Anyway, has anyone noticed any difference in their baking results using extra large vs large?

 
I've never noticed a difference. I wouldn't worry unless the recipe called for a great number.

 
I used them in a bread recipe and it was too much liquid,

but because I'm at altitude I'm never sure if that has an impact that the rest of you won't have. I usually use extra large eggs for baking, though.

Well, I made a deep dish apple crisp last night and it was great, but it's still not cake! I've

got to decide which cake to make (from my countless files), and do it right away. It's a cake emergency!
