...Bowl. Last night I heated it all up in a non-stick skillet. I made small, 3-egg omelets for the family and filled them with mexican blend cheese. Slathered a load of bean dip over the top.

The boys want me to "save that recipe".

at Disneyland. I actually lost a few more pounds after this was taken.

Unfortunately, after I got hurt last May I gained some of it back. It's almost all off again, but I'm praying for a healthy and active future. Injuries are few and far between for me, but they are a real bummer when they occur.
