When I got mine a few yrs back, honestly...Kenmore was the best I saw overall...
I didn't end up with one because it wasn't on sale that week, and because I was smitten with the Fisher-Paykel (which I love, but believe might be too small for a family @ 19.5 cu.ft). BTW, I was only looking at counter depth fridges.
A couple of things I noted when looking. Veggie drawers: some looked good till you opened them, but were really small/odd shaped, like wouldn't hold celery small.
Drawer glides: this was an anal issue for me. Most bottom freezers have sliding basket shelves, which seem fine till loaded with frozen food and are hard to slide (noticed this with my MIL's). Only 2 models, the FP I got, and the Kenmore Elite had these. In fact the Kenmore had all kinds of goodies/space design forethought the others didn't. Including the Amana which made it.
At the link is my fridge, but mine also has a full width wine rack that makes it looks sorta swoon worth to me. I like how all the bins sit on a rolling shelf and the lift out for easy cleaning. Also, one could take them out and put a big sheet cake on one of the rolling shelves if need be. However, the lower/big part of the freezer drawer I wish was a bit bigger. The only way I can fit a pizza box is to lay it on top of that section. Maaaybe one could stand it on end, but how could one do that with other stuff already in there? Not a big deal because I don't often buy frozen pizza, but it's good to be mindful of dish and package sizes you use a lot when looking.
Good luck and tell us how the hunt goes!
