Dry banana bread

I made some banana bread out of some collapsing bananas, but I don't think I used as many as usual because the bread came out really dry and not very good.

So--what can I do with this? Banana trifle? Any thoughts?

I do this all the time with leftovers or minor flops. Also great with chocolate chips and walnuts

tossed in then topped with whipped cream or ice cream. If you're counting calories . . . well, just don't bother, by this point you're doomed. (Nyuk, nyuk, nyuk)

Our old company cafeteria made the best bread pudding and it was all the leftovers

grated into crumbs-biscuits, muffins, donuts, rolls. They added some cinnamon, etc, and sometimes chopped apples. Made divine runny custard sauce that I could have eaten by the vatful. They made my all-time favorite bread pudding. Very different from what I make at home.
