A angak Well-known member Jun 19, 2008 #5 I think the Lemon Meringue and S'More idea is brilliant---to broil the marshmallow-y icing. I would just have to pipe a dollop of lemon curd into the center of the lemon mer. muffins though. I think I see a lemon curd making day in the near future.
