in 2 quarts and while I was canning, why not some cowboy candy jalapenos? Store bought peppers, but yummy none-the-less. Both recipes posted here. I love this place! We have a committment ceremony here in Alaska this weekend for 2 dear friends and the pickled goodies will be served with pulled pork and roasted salmon. I hope one week will be enough pickling time, but it’s what I had.
