Easy Beer Bread

Tried this today. Easy and surprisingly good. Hard crunchy crust and very light bread.

3 c. ap flour

1 1/2 T. Baking powder

1/2 tsp.salt

1/4 c light brown sugar

1 12 oz. beer/lager

Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 5 x 9 loaf pan. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add beer and stir to just combine. Put in loaf pan and cook for 1 hour. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove to rack and continue cooling.

 
Baking this today! I cooked up some lentils in ham broth with N African spice mix. Yummy

I'll add some fresh spinach when re-heating them. This bread will be perfect
