I made the last night and they were very easy, very tweakable (I added a chopped onion in with the garlic), and most importantly delicious! They are not authentic in any way--in reference to a good Mexican chicken taco, but very tasty nonetheless. I made some cumin secented rice to go alongside. There is plenty of leftovers for tonight so I think a side of black beans will be good too.http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art15377.asp
