That was fabulous! So interesting to get the story of her and Scott's ...

...relationship and collaboration from their perspectives.

I've owned her cookbook, "In Pursuit of Flavor" for many years, and refer to it often. Many of the ingredients she uses are not available to me here in the southwest, but learning of her approach to creating great flavor in the finished dish has helped me pursue my cooking goals more efficiently.

Thank goodness she left a written record of her skills and talents.
