Eeewwww, hubby brought home a friut called Grapple,

it loks like an apple but tastes likes Welsh's grape juice. He and my MIL liked it and I could not stand it, and I love grape juice and grape flavored other things. Has anyone else seen these and how do they get them to taste like that? Accckkkkkkkk!

I happen to like them. The store in the area that carries them charges a small fortune, so I don,t buy them very often. I believe it is a flavoring that they put, probably, into the seeds. Just a thought

I know, they were 4 for $5.00, which is pricey for us too, but

hubby is always curious about new fruit. I doubt we will be buying them often though.
