That's good for the world, but why do these efforts never mention reducing the cost of the meal along with reducing the use of meats? Protein is the most expensive component of a plate...ie: note the ridiculous concept of charging $6 to add an egg to a dish. How can anyone justify charging over $300 a meal for vegetables? Reducing the price would let more people learn about great non-meat foods and spread the concept so smaller food vendors can reap the benefits.
